You Can Call and Refer Yourself

The Phone Screening Process will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Are you a Parent/Guardian, friend, teacher, family member, pastor or someone else who cares about a Youth 12 to 18 Years old living in Southwest Saskatchewan?
You Can Call to Refer the Youth. We will need to talk to the Youth directly on the phone before they arrive.
